      MongoDB is one of the best technology companies today. We have a market leading solution disrupting a massive database market and we have the strongest executive and sales leadership I have seen in my career. MongoDB has a culture of execution and accountability and we are striving to be world class. We focus on enablement to help our sales people continually improve and we have a culture of winning. Sales people are not on an island and senior management is focused on making sure sales has the right resources to execute and win. We work as a team! This includes a world class engineering team, pre sales, product management, marketing, inside sales, CSM's and professional services to name a few. We are all in the boat together.

      Cons

      MongoDB is a hard driving culture with a continuous focus on improvement. If you want to win, work hard and get better then MongoDB is the right place for you. If you are looking for an easy sales job with no pressure then I would keep looking.

      Pros

      As the company is growing quickly it is exciting for everyone to be part of this success. Company values are lived by everyone, teamwork regardless of what department you are in. Work-life balance is also a huge PRO if needed to work from home to run an errand or two it is possible. I think I am most proud of the transparency and trust of Top Management.

      Cons

      Sometimes the days can be long due to cross continent teams but otherwise, it is manageable.

      Pros

      MongoDB has strong engineers and solid products, while also working hard to listen to its employees. The result is a place where you can do good work, be challenged, and be supported. It's exciting to be a part of a company that's just out of its startup days, but that has retained the passion to do new things.

      Cons

      As the company scales, it will need to work to have people feel connected and engaged.
