      Pros

      * The company is growing and everyone is excited. This means we create a good product highly demanded by the market * Internal culture is awesome, there is no pressure on projects, no blames, punishment if the deadlines are not met (in fact it's almost always impossible to estimate right in the beginning) * Company values innovation and initiative, promotions are frequent * Super work-life balance, it's possible to WFH if needed or to run an errand

      Cons

      Some people need stronger pressure to work hard, democracy and lack of micromanagement is bad for them.

      Pros

      One the few companies I've worked for that truly lives up to their company values, which translates for example that EMEA is not just an after-thought when developing best practices (technical, operational and strategic) but is seen as an integral part of the worldwide organisation ("Build Together")

      Cons

      Not really a downside, but something to be aware of: it's a fast-paced environment where everything evolves continually - that takes a certain kind of mind-set and it's something to be conscious of if you're less comfortable with constant change. Positive and constructive change, aimed at improvement across the board, but change nonetheless.
