      Great product, great people, careful with politics

      Pros

      Great training and enablement, great leadership, actual best in class product, positive trajectory in terms of where the company is going, good colleagues

      Cons

      It's gotten pretty political in some respects post IPO -- not a huge deal as of yet but if it gets worse it could become a major negative really quickly

      Pros

      Huge addressable market makes for high velocity sales motions. Everything runs on a database. Never shut out of an account. Companies are very open to better technologies than the incumbents. MongoDB has fantastic product market fit and product works very well.

      Cons

      Put a model in to prevent abuse of community version. Put better alignment between product management and sales to help with large customers.
