Its always safe and encouraged voice your thoughts and ideas - MongoDB invests tremendously in its people and there is so much opportunity for professional development - The company / orgs listen to their employees feedback and make changes based on that feedback - Flat org structure - Amazing benefits (compensation, parental leave, annual leave, and much more)

- You can sometimes experience imposter syndrome as the tech is inherently quite complicated and some of the concepts are really difficult to understand if you have no prior background in databases, development, etc
