      Supportive colleagues Understanding manager Flexible work hours Stock option Overall the environment is there to make you grow and the organisation do have an open door policy

      I don't think there are many but I think comp and bens can certainly be better but apart from this, there is nothing.

      Pros

      Love working for such a great company. I can't emphasize enough - this company truly cares about their employees and their wellbeing. This is a TOUGH job, however you have so many tools and resources to help you along the way. I have always felt very supported by my manager (RD) and Team.

      Cons

      Lots to learn in the first couple of months - I am 3 months in so I don't know that there is much to say at this moment.

      Cons

      Not really a cons but as a CAE, you're expected to meet multiple Sales KPIs per quarter, not just the overall quota.
