      Pros

      MongoDB has provided me with an excellent opportunity of building the best software sales company in the region. There are a number of things that makes MongoDB a wonderful place to work with - first we have a product that truly solves a mission critical problem for customers in a manner that the legacy vendors are simply not designed to do. This is reflected in the massive adoption by both developers and customers not just globally but within India and APAC. Secondly the culture - the organization and management are genuinely interested in making each and every member of the team become a better professional and successful. The focus is on meritocracy and instilling the drive in every person to strive to become better each and every day. And to top it up is the vision and support from the Senior Execs that make working at MongoDB such a pleasure
