If you can sell at Mongo, you can sell anywhere else Opportunities for growth within company if you get lucky and put on top accounts Product is great

Cons

Second line managers are completely out of sync with the work done by SDRs Comp plan results in no incentive to overachieve Accounts are decided without reasoning. Some SDRs are lucky and are on direct path to promo in the shortest time, others aren't as lucky and will get laid off because they were in a position to fail. The company used to be good but now you're working hard for one of the worst comp plans in the industry
