- Employee centric - The best learning opportunity - Healthy and positive environments created by leaders and cascaded to the newest member - Work Life balance gets more importance here, managers push you to have leaves when they feel you need it - Transparency in management's planning and actions - Clear communications about performance and growth - Company is on growth curve and not stability at the moment

Cons

- Only 1 can think of, disconnect between departments due to the difference in nature of work
