      Pros

      The culture is awesome, paycheck is good, colleagues are really knowledgeable and the support workflow is really great. All the mentoring plan for the ramping-up process on the first months is awesome.

      Cons

      Depending on your position, they will not hire you fully remote. Maybe all companies are doing that nowadays to avoid the liability of employees not coming to the office

      Colleagues are the best and brightest I've ever worked with. Everyone is willing to help and eager to contribute to solving problems.

      Poor leadership, team is spread thin. Raising the bar to excuse poor management is pathetic.
