      Pros

      Working with world-class technical engineers who have a passion for sharing knowledge and helping each other. I've been in IT for almost 30 years and MongoDB is by far the best organization I've ever worked with. The teams, the technology and the focus are all there!

      Cons

      I passed up on the opportunity to join 5 years earlier than I did and it's one of the greatest regrets of my career.
