Pros

They really try to create a fun environment and a bond between all the store workers by organizing company paid dinners and outings. You also get a 25% discount in all h&m group stores.

Cons

It was a pretty repetitive job. A lot of greenwashing in the "sustainable" line

Pros

The Monki DNA is very nice and comes out very good, on the internet specially. It's a nice atmosphere where everyone can be they way they are and women empowering and that all. But the leadership and management it totally lacking and not empowering.

Cons

I was fired without a notice and it was very confusing because I was very good at my job at Monki but my store manager was bullying me and was very mean. When I got fired all the staff members where in a shock and when I talked to the HR he didn't want to help me to understand the reason. A total blindsight. This is a H&M company that looks at their staff as a name on a paper. I was very sad when I realized that because I liked the brand.I've heard similar stories about Weekdays leadership and management about treating their staff not nice.
