Pros
Zemoga is a fantastic company with many perks and good base salaries. Maybe there are other companies that pay better, but when you take into account the perks + the life-work balance (The people care team is just another thing) no one can compete with this company

- Working on the same project makes things boring - You have to make yourself into growing in the career path
