Pros

You can find great opportunities and amazing clients here to add to your portfolio. I couldn’t wish for a better place for challenges and learning. If you are okay with some extra working hours, or have a healthy set of boundaries, MediaMonks can be an excellent choice for you. Also very pretty office with kind and helpful stuff, amazing food and snacks.

Cons

You are on your own. No help, no support, nobody will look out for you. They will put work on your plate until you drown unless you can set your own boundaries. A lot of people are leaving the company or burning out because of this, which makes it even harder for the remaining employees. The management is chaotic and unpredictable. The company is introducing more and more rules to get a grip on the chaos, but it makes the actual work harder. The pressure is insane, be warned!

Pros

- You'll work with a good diverse group of people - Interesting range of projects

Cons

- An average employee is significantly underpaid - Compensation reviews are minimal. Over years expect net pay decrease rather than increase - Questionable promotion decisions. No objective processes for performance and compensation reviews - Workload is heavy beyond the acceptable level. Burnouts are extremely common - Leadership doesn't really care

Pros

Tough to say anything good about this company. It’d say pay was pretty competitive. Healthcare was actually good.

Cons

Poor staffing Lazy (to non existent) leadership Over worked: working 50+ hours a week Poor resourcing: accounts are understaffed Random fire drills: we are frequently thrown random fire drills. Stop drop don’t do anything or you’ll get fired type thing. Everyone’s concerned about their job and looking over one’s shoulder. In the agency culture, there’s a lot of finger pointing and it’d say the amount of finger pointing going on here is ridiculous. If you like instability, working long hours, awful clients, junior people left and right this is the place for you.
