So far none - need to have conversations on career progression Include year-end bonus in package (unless it's made clear that it's already embedded in base salary) Health insurance should include full-health screening coverage and dental coverage

- Nice company culture and lots of social gatherings - Working for the biggest brands in the industry - Big company with lots of different personalities - Lots of in house resources

Cons

- Micromanaging in the department - Work pressure is high - Strategy is ambigue, as the company grows so fast it constantly changes its focus which makes it difficult to see where you’re heading too - Hiring and promotion freeze since a couple of months
