Pretty Cool Place to work

Pros

Cool list of projects and clients that will get notoriety Challenging work and makes you flex your creative muscles A lot of really nice people Good leaders for the most part at least in Design. really felt like I was encouraged to grow within the org and that really felt empowering. A Senior Designer her is probably a Lead or Director level at other comparable orgs simply because they do let you own the projects and give you the opportunity to lead.

Cons

Nothing that other agencies aren't challenged with. Long hours but feel like each assignment was a definite portfolio piece Pay is a bit lower than at most places especially for where they have offices LA, TO, AMS but if its a remote role it probably about right.

Great Learning Experience

Pros

Extensive training and opportunity for growth

Cons

There's a lag in the promotion cycle, so employees who are due for a promotion don't receive one until 6months-1 year after their eligible. Merit-based raises are very low.
