      Pros

      Big name clients, interesting projects in diverse technologies. Very design first oriented resulting in great app and web pages.

      Cons

      Stress induce of unachievable timelines and unreasonable pressure from management to achieve them. Toxic behavior from some of the golden people who if they don’t like you can make your life miserable. If they don’t achieve their imaginary revenue forecast you will you get terminated without a second thought.

      Pros

      - The company is very much at the forefront of the industry, they do innovative work and are highly skilled in all things digital. - Working with incredibly talented people all across the globe as teams for projects are created also with people from other offices in other countries. - They trust you to run the show, they don't give the best projects to senior people and less fun projectsor tasks to juniors or interns, you get responsibility from the get go and get to do great international projects. - Your colleagues are fun, diverse and very social. - The company does things like: mental health week, organising skill sharing sessions, big office parties and more pro-active fun initiatives

      Cons

      - Since they have bought up a lot of other companies and have to make stakeholders and investors happy, some things changed within the office. - Pay could definitely be better, but I feel if you make a strong case you can make it happen.
