      Pros

      They do GREAT pitch work, they have an army of talented people to win new accounts and that's why they are so big. The accounts are mostly fun to work on. The work is often innovative and refreshing.

      Cons

      Extremely toxic environment, lot's of gossip, talking negative about other teams and people. No personal growth, in all the time I have been there I did not have one performance review. I had no line manager and no growth plan. It was a sweat shop and feedback came in the form of just throwing you onto another project 'see if you'd do better' but you would never hear what actually went 'wrong'.
