      Pay is good Health insurance is great

      Cons

      Lack of direction at a company level for some legacy companies. No coherent return to office plan, still some missing cross-company links (have fun flipping through a bunch of different slack spaces to find the channel you were pinged on!).

      I can't think of one to be honest! ----- a lot of responsibility I would say and need to be self-driven and independent but these are not actually cons
