      Back in the day, used to be quite fun and diverse, and from what I hear of it now, it's just a high school popularity contest.

      Cons

      Good luck getting promoted if you're not European.

      Pros

      Inspiring and humane leadership, they'll make you glad to show up to work and give it your best, day in and day out. You'll learn loads and make friends in the process. Fast career growth is in the cards if you go for it. One of the best places I've ever worked in.

      Cons

      Be prepared to work hard. It's not a bad thing, and the amazing colleagues, the opportunity for growth and the perks more than make up for it. But people who aren't driven and ambitious shouldn't probably apply.
