      You can move up quickly if you're ambitious and driven. You get to work with some big name clients.

      Cons

      Work comes first and your free time is second. Lots of people burn out. It's all about the numbers, with the quality of work being much less important. The vast majority of work going on isn't the flashy stuff that's PRed.
