Pros

Medical Benefits; autonomy; employees who genuinely care about their craft.

Cons

Constant layoffs that result in overworked teams who have to pick up the slack; huge lack of transparency in senior leadership; minuscule annual raises; too many M&As without having proper integration plans in place.

Pros

There really aren't any at this point

Cons

They treat their people like disposable resources, apparently know very little about running a profitable business, spend tons of money chasing trends (AI, metaverse, NFTs & Web3, etc), then fire the competent, billable people when they come up against budget shortfalls. They'll fire managers, then promote people from their teams without backfill or pay raises, and make them do their old jobs in addition to their new management responsibilities.

Pros

Used to be okay, but it's gone downhill quickly. Fully remote work is nice, but there are other opportunities.

Cons

Over 3 years of added responsibilities and title change by "word of mouth", zero change in title change on paper or compensation. Compensation adjustments did not occur once despite added responsibilities. Many empty promises in this regards. Leadership has no concrete direction - mentions one program to be important to their mission while laying off parts of that team at the same time. A lot of churn and critical knowledge + people exiting the company.
