      Pros

      Used to be okay, but it's gone downhill quickly. Fully remote work is nice, but there are other opportunities.

      Cons

      Over 3 years of added responsibilities and title change by "word of mouth", zero change in title change on paper or compensation. Compensation adjustments did not occur once despite added responsibilities. Many empty promises in this regards. Leadership has no concrete direction - mentions one program to be important to their mission while laying off parts of that team at the same time. A lot of churn and critical knowledge + people exiting the company.

      Seriously amazing people, smart, supportive, kind and real. Super cool office and daily amenities

      Cons

      Pay can be a bit on the lower end, some teams speak of being over worked or over loaded. Depends on where you work within the company.
