It was a great learning and teaching experience to be a PLA for Freshman Seminar classes in the Fall 2012 semester.

I learned a lot and was able to share my experiences with the class. I also was paid hourly for work done both inside and outside the classroom.

Cons

There were really no cons I experienced while working as a PLA at Monmouth University. It was a great experience as a student.
