Pros
Monmouth has invested in changing its reputation as such there are great students coming to the university to study. Many students are involved in various activities which can be fun to advise, sponsor and/or assist in. There is an excellent alternative break program here.
Cons
MU is changing and has the ability to be a great place to work for, the students are great, however administration is resistant to change. It is not a place to grow at, do not expect to be promoted or have a fair increase in salary.
