Friendly staff, laid back atmosphere, beautiful campus, up to date technology and facilities, never felt like I was using broken or outdated tech.

Cons

Sometimes a lot of "keeping up with the Jones'" mentality. People here are usually wealthy and flaunt it, making it difficult for someone who comes from working class.

administration is in constant flux; a university in search of an identity; very low commitment to minority retention; although eager to hire to get the numbers up

Pros

The campus is beautiful, and the students are friendly. The faculty are also welcoming and approachable. There's a steady amount of activity during the school year.

Cons

Left during administration reorganization, when a lot of things were changing and there seemed to be heavy turnover. Not as much going on during the summer.
