Left hand didn't know what the right hand was doing. The field staff were expected to meet metrics that were unattainable and were constantly pushed beyond their breaking point to see as many patients as possible at all times. Poorly ran company, I was laid off with 45 other people. Then months later there was a second set of layoffs. Poor leadership.

There are too many to count. Their whole mission makes no sense. Very, very poorly managed. Micromanaging to the degree of this can’t be real. You may be enticed by the pay. But trust me it’s not worth it. You’ll be wondering how they are even in business. They get no stars.
