      I can’t think of any.

      Cons

      Very micromanage-y. Management is not made up of anyone with valid nursing education or nursing experience. Very difficult to move up. Very difficult to get a raise. Very difficult to get appropriate supplies ordered/delivered in a timely manner.

      Great work life balance, the type of work was fulfilling.

      Cons

      The pto (15 days) and benefits (expensive) are trash. There is an incentive on top of the base salary for this role which can change on any given month due to however they want to do the goal. When you leave the company they will not pay you your prior month’s incentive.
