      The Pros are the people that I met, 1 hour lunch, 60% support, More for profit then Healthcare, Leadership will arise and support when necessary which is appreciated,

      The patients are the only pros to the job

      Cons

      Too much favoritism , quota is set if you don’t meet it you don’t get paid for any of the work you do except your salary . Unprofessional managers , no work life balance they only thing they care about is money not patient care.
