Pay is great, depending on your department there’s a lot of flexibility in work location and schedule.
Cons
Ask what the turnover rate is and why. This company went through 2 cycles of lay offs in 2023 alone and the turnover hasn’t slowed down. Even if you’re a top performer your role is not secure. They will let you go if they feel like it. The culture is also not based on positive reinforcement so you don’t know if you’re doing really well, you’ll only find out when you messed up.
