      Pros

      You will meet some great people below management level and one, maybe, two great managers. That's about it.

      Cons

      There is no structure at all or a path for career growth. They sell the idea of career growth in the interview process but there is none. No communication which creates a very confusing and toxic environment. Always hiring due to high turnover. HR is not on your side and will make the place feel like a daycare instead of a professional workplace

      Beautiful location, but toxic leadership and bullying culture

      Pros

      Pays well and the Tempe office is on the lake, very pretty

      Cons

      Call Center and operations leads are terrible. I'm-better-than-you attitudes, openly racist comments, lots of game-playing and bullying. Every 1-2 years the company overhauls its leaders and 30%++ of leaders across the company get fired.

      Some good coworkers are there

      Cons

      Pay benefits hours reality of workloads their unrealistic expectations. They think they are running a top notch company when in reality I'm surprised CMS hasn't shut them down. They lost a very large client with over 50,000 members due to poor quality
