Pros

Love the mission of the organization and being a part of a team. The Hiring Managers I work with are some of the best I have ever had, and I have become better filling positions because of their communication.

Cons

Sometimes things move too fast because changes happen so rapidly in a start-up. The solution is to implement and let the learning curve and time pass, and then decide if we need to keep or scrap it.

My coworkers make me enjoy coming into work everyday. It's a friendly environment and easy to fit in. People here are always willing to help and share ideas for improvement. We always have fun activities and ways to engage with each other and the company each month. Good work/life balance, and I feel appreciated for the work I do.

Well I will say we have came a long long way but we are still new company learning better ways to grow but the point of it all is that the company grows than we grow and ill patients get better.

Cons

Change can take place every day some things are not set and stoned but it will keep you on your feet.
