A few Manager were very knowledgeable and supportive. MH dismissed the good supervisors .

Cons

Leadership don’t care about employees or patients. They don’t know what they are doing. Complete chaos. Recent added Leadership are even worse than the previous ones.

Our mission to provide care management services to a largely underserved population. Leadership is always willing to hear out ideas and collaborate to improve work-balance. Monogram strongly believes in recognizing talent and dedication, and promoting staff when strong work ethic is evident.

Cons

I have no complaints. Even on stressful days, I wouldn't want to be anywhere else.

not working downtown and clean office

Cons

Leadership is embarrassing, can't believe grown adults act this way especially towards other people. And I'm talking about the high up Chiefs and Directors of departments, not supervisors. I watched so many of them say and do things I could not even believe. I cried tears of joy the day I found out I no longer had to work here. Only reason people stay is because the pay is decent.
