Monogram Health pays professional what he/she is worth. Leadership has an open door policy and actually listen to frontline staff. And if you are person who is looking to change lives, Monogram positions you to do exactly that. This is what I love about this company.

Cons

Like any new company, expect lots of changes. Monogram often makes changes, but it's changes for the betterment of the company and members we serve.

I couldn't be more happier working with Monogram Health! This is the most supporting and caring company that I have ever been apart of. From the receptionist to the founder they make sure that your taken care of, and that is very rare. I couldn't have chosen a better company to be apart of!
