      Pros

      Monogram is a great new company at just 3 years old. If you are patient, there is lots of room to move around/upward mobility. You get to be a part of building something new and innovative here.

      Cons

      As with any young company, there are growing pains. You must be adaptable and have patience. What you do one day, may very well change the next. Their health plans are all very high deductible
