Working directly with clients in their homes. Very sweet people.

Cons

Alert! High Turnover!!,upper management is a joke!. They hire non qualified individuals instead of within the company and expect success! They do not provide functioning equipment to complete assigned tasks. The pay is low compared to other brick and mortar businesses. I would not recommend to any friends.

Everything about this place is a lie and nothing like what they claim to be. Profit before people. No value on patient care. You might as well not have insurance their plans are just that bad. They will expect you to work nights and weekends. Just run!!! Don’t waste your time and energy.

Pay benefits hours reality of workloads their unrealistic expectations. They think they are running a top notch company when in reality I'm surprised CMS hasn't shut them down. They lost a very large client with over 50,000 members due to poor quality
