DO NOT accept an outbound sales position here. They lie to your face, so many examples of this. 1) 4 day work week- they claim to have this but in reality it is expected that you are available and working 5 days. 2) New hires are given onboarding support - they do not support new hires much, they don’t even have a training deck or IT support. I had to figure everything out myself. The HR team tried to troubleshoot issues but they are not trainers or even experienced with the various tools. It’s really a bad experience. 3) You will be compensated for outbound sales - they don’t have any systems in place to track sales leads so if you generate a contact and then it comes in as a sale from the website or other means, the sale doesn’t get credited to your efforts. Sometimes up to 7 sales a week we’re going to Monograph internal and not being credited to my DOCUMENTED sales outreach. I lost thousands in commission due to their messy accounting and processes.4) They care about their employees/ culture - this lie hurts so many who genuinely invest in workings at Monograph only to find out that they do not matter. In one day they laid off half of their sales team - one day after having a big culture building event and celebrating the “team” and diversity. The irony is that they laid off the following employees 1 black man, 1 homosexual, 1 senior citizen and 1 Yoga instructor ( he was white and very zen!) They wiped them all off the roster after bragging about what a diverse and strong culture there was. Bottom line, the lies added up to many months of disappointing experience and made me wish I had never accepted their offer of employment.
