      Pay, majority of co-workers are great, schedule is fixed, job tasks more than manageable

      Cons

      Some management incredibly stubborn, lack of recognition for multiple large achievements, feels like you cant excell at times or you will be hated on, management claims they want you to be a leader buy just want you to be blind followers, nothing will get done that legitimately needs done unless you figure it out yourself... and there are not many people that can. Too many "idea" people not very many doers for the important things

      seriously turning woke,since new president/ceo took over it is seriously going downhill. majority of experienced people that made this company have either left or will be leaving in the next 2-3 years or sooner
