Good people but they get worse as you move up the career ladder

Cons

Moving HQ to Chicago with no genuine explanation. Expecting everyone to move their families and homes to Chicago despite a survey where over half the employees said they would leave if we moved HQ to Chicago. Now people have to decide whether to move or do a two hour commute in traffic thanks to our new company president.

Upper management holds other management back that has more knowledge causing a micro management trickle down effect on themselves which then turns into a lack of action on doing most things that need to be accomplished
