Cons

Little to zero process, short term goals, poor project and team management, sells products that don't exist, not inclusive, unclear expectations, unrealistic deadlines, very little transparency and very little trust.

Pros

The company creates and deploys some awesome technologies. The CEO is a great visionary who is extremely humble, continuing to invest is the team. While I did not work with him directly, he showed interest in my work and was committed to ensuring I had the necessary tools to succeed. Management took the time to understand the needs of the team, and focuses on giving opportunity to those who express interest in growth.

Cons

Some bad hiring decisions led to negative employees. While management can fix many problems, they cannot be expected to fix employee attitudes. Therefore, be slower to hire. Hiring young employees who do not have the experience or maturity can cause unnecessary problems.
