Pros

Great company, fun events, great coworkers. Fun job in general for college or part time workers.

Cons

Doesn’t pay well. Sometimes not enough hours.

Pros

The flexible work schedule made it easy to balance shifts with my personal life.

Cons

Management was VERY disorganized and communication was almost never clear. Schedules changed all the time, and we usually had to figure things out on our own. Reimbursements were hard to get, even when we had to park in paid lots for work. The new managers talked down to older team members, while some new hires were not ready for the job. There were also talks about other roles in the company, but they never seemed real. Even interviewed for these roles, but nothing ever moved forward. Overall, the job felt messy and unclear most of the time.
