Pros

Hot brand, great events and great benefits

Cons

working from early morning till late at night, you start your day at 7am and you will get emails/phone calls till after 7pm because they are on PST. VP's tell you to do something one way and two weeks later say do it a different way then a month later go back to the first way. They don't want you to help fellow employees.

Pros

-Fun environment and access to all the energy drinks you can possibly drink -Low turnover and flexible schedule -If you like to travel, opportunity to travel -Flexible schedule and remote office -Great expense account -Growing internationally and rapidly

Cons

-Low paying compared to other beverage companies -Growing so rapidly, constant changes on a weekly basis. No focus. -Very little room for career advancement. -Poor communication within the company and very disorganized -They tend to promote young, uneducated, under qualified applicants to Upper Management. Or they hire/ promote younger, under-qualified that lack education so they won't have to pay what a qualified applicant would deserve. "It's out with the old and in with the new kind of attitude." -No internal website, like most beverage companies have to communicate changes, or to seek advancement or transfers in other regions. For example: they advertise job openings on Craigslist.

Pros

The campus jobs are amazing. You get to have fun on campus and get free product to pass out. The work isn't too bad and it helps you become more sociable. The responsibility was limited; just 2 reports every month.

Cons

Obligations to go travel to events or heavy lifting to events. There are not many downsides otherwise. Sometimes the report deadlines would conflict with other events. You will need to have a digital camera or at the very least, have access to one all the time. You also get a lot of products you may not want and others may not want either, such as promotional items.
