Pros

great management and support, amazing colleagues, relaxed work environment, monster culture, pay, innovation, the variety of things you can get involved in, new office with a small gym on site, small canteen that does food throughout the day, investments into their staff and training, monster university, any interest in external courses can be investigated with management - really focusing on building up internally whereas other companies would just hire externally.

Cons

The work is difficult, long hours, lots of innovation (good thing but hard to keep on top of at times) not as "fun" as it may sound- you cant go to all events but they had started to roll out competitions to win tickets for events.
