      Pros

      Schedule, Pay, Coworkers. It's nice to have a full time job and do this as a part-time after work and weekend job. You get to pick what shifts you want to work and there is no hassle.

      Cons

      Not enough options for uniforms for colder weather states, There should be jackets and thick hoodies for the states that get hit with cold weather and snow.

      flexible schedule free cool apparel and tickets (sometimes) to cool events free product

      Multi billion dollar company operating like a mom and pop shop Low pay for the amount of work No room for advancement Upper management is an inner circle Human Resources is only in place to protect upper management Everyone is doing their own thing No structure In over their heads could go on and on
