Pros

Lots of fun to work with other employees. The culture is reflected throughout the entire company. The events are great, ranging from music festivals to UFC fights and local trade shows. Overtime pay is great. Lots of opportunities for travel. Great benefits for full-time employees.

Cons

They only care about the higher-ups. Limited ability for growth. They underpay their lower-level employees, knowing that they can get away with it because the next person is waiting for the job. They will do anything and everything to make their athletes happy, even at the sacrifice of their own employees. The entire company has drama and will talk about each other. They over-promise and under-deliver.
