Mediocre company at best

Pros

Health benefits here are incomparable

Cons

The company itself is fine, but the team I’m on is a different story. Favoritism is obvious, and promotions seem to depend more on who you align yourself with than on actual performance. It’s discouraging to see merit take a back seat to politics. There are also noticeable inconsistencies in how employees are treated based on gender, which raises concerns about fairness. The culture feels narrow, and fitting in seems more important than doing good work. Upper management lacks strong leadership, and it shows in the team’s morale and direction. Overall, the experience has been disappointing. The company lacks diversity, with leadership and key roles predominantly held by white men.

Pros

Very professional work environment with little drama.

Cons

The standard hardware you are given is pretty ancient and can be a real pain when you need to get stuff done.
