buying a house in this area is so incredibly y expensive that it barely seams feasible for most staff.

Pros

- excellent compensation - patients are very kind - management is very nice in terms of their overall intentions to increase access to care and promote work- like balance - doctors are appreciative and nice - great benefits. Montage cares about their employees.

Cons

- limited opportunity for advancement or growth; often times doing activities of a RN, MA, or LVN.; lack of oversight of APP role; having the go through extensive middle management instead of the doctors themselves for clarification of role; inconsistent management; lack of autonomy or independent decision making; lack of structure and protocol of APP supervision and practice (caveat: this may or may not vary depending on the specialty/clinic)
