Generally speaking, you work with good people who are motivated and dedicated to their work. The work environment is fair with the usual cubical situation.

Cons

The Epic team at Montage Health is severely understaffed (about 60% of what it should be), which is leading to analyst burnout and low moral across the entire team. Even after almost two years since our initial go-live, some people are still working 50-60 hour work weeks just to barely keep up.
