      Pros

      Never pressured about the financial bottom line. Overall the hospital is in great standings and spares no expense to provide quality care.

      Cons

      High stress. Compared to the area the wages are stagnate. Does not reward often for going above and beyond. Mid management is eh.

      I found nothing good about this place.

      Cons

      Management does not know what they are doing. They hire people that have no hospital experience to supervise people. Try getting help from someone who does not know their job. They evaluate you on things that are not your responsibility. As a new employee I was expected to try and figure out the job on my own according to my supervisor.

      the best reasons to work here is I love what I do and I take pride in what I do

      I really don't have much to say about this because I don't have any cons I just enjoy working. I don't like working with employees that are getting paid for doing nothing.
