      Pros

      There are no good points for this Hospital.

      Cons

      CHOMP makes it a point to cut the wages, and eliminate positions of lower tier employees. Administrators get wage increases, and job security. A poorly manged Hospital.

      Good Benifits and pay, if your in the right department.

      Cons

      The hospital treats lower end employees very poorly. Looking constantly for anything to put them down. If you are a doctor on higher paid employee, you get great pay, loans for homes, etc. If you are on the lower end, you are paid per diem ( that is, NO BENEFITS). The pay is very low, because the schedule you to hardly work.

      Pros

      It is one of the best employers on the Monterey Peninsula. The organization promotes professional and personal development. They are excellent in offering educational incentives as well as in developing and delivering programs that provide motivation and enhancement of health, well-being and skills development.

      Cons

      The pay can be on the low side especially with thee cost of living in Monterey.
