Pros

Montage offers a great location, great benefits and great patients to work with. Facilities are beautiful.

Cons

Inexperience managers, nepotism, ageism and favoritism; an unwillingness to promote social workers. Nurse are favored in all but a few management positions and function as a protected class. Nurses are paid considerably more for similar job descriptions. It’s a grind with high case loads. Lots of exploitation of unlicensed associates.
